Jane White Schneeweis holds a B.A. in Education from the College of St. Benedict, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University.
As a corporate psychologist, she provided training and consultation to management and employees on: mental resilience, supportive tools for leaders, depression, anxiety, building supportive relationships, and organizational change. She also provided assessment and referral to employees for personal and professional services and consulted to managed care organizations, third party payers and school personnel. Earlier in her career, Jane spent many years as a psychologist in a clinical setting and has also taught at an inner city public school.
A certified interviewer, executive coach and facilitator, Jane conducts client interviews and provides seminar support. She also works with clients on problem-solving, settling disputes and managing decisions, applying TDA's unique productivity methodology that creates major improvements in performance. Her work leads towards empowering and enabling people to discover their gifts and contributions, and to play their parts to the best of their abilities — responsibly and in their highest mental and physical health. Jane is committed to helping individuals and businesses identify issues, resolve conflict, and move forward by providing caring, accurate, thorough and creative intervention services that give rise to significant improvements in performance and culture within the organization.
